Winter Warming Talkin’ Tourism Tourism Sundowner @ Sathya Olive Company

On 31 July 2025, the Harvey Region tourism industry ventured to the award-winning Sathya Olive Company for a winter-warming Talkin’ Tourism Industry Sundowner.

Located in Parkfield, the Sathya Olive Company impressed guests with the event of great food, great views, and great innovation.

The evening began with a tour of the stunning property, including a review of Sathya’s changes to growing techniques to maximise productivity, followed by a visit to their bottling and labelling operation.

Owned by Keith and Tanuja Sanders, Sathya Olive Company produces quality Australian-made olive oil and olive products.

The choice is extensive at Sathya, from EVOO to more than 12 infused olive oils (think chilli, lemongrass and ginger, or garam masala), plus a range of pickled olives and dukkah.

Following the tour, local businesses and stakeholders from across the Harvey Region shared ideas and developments while savouring olives, olive oil, local cheeses, wood-fired pizzas, and decadent desserts in Sathya’s impressive function centre.

The Shire President, Cr Michelle Campbell, and the Destination Harvey Region team provided an update on the developments, including the latest Harvey Region Communications Quarterly Report.

The industry was fortunate to be joined by Hon. Dr Steve Thomas MLC and Hon. Michelle Boylan MLC .

“Keith and Tanuja’s …passion for quality and innovation showcases the strength of the gourmet produce the South West is home to…”
