Take an immersive experience tour to Halls Family Dairy, a working dairy farm, followed by Harvey Cheese, an award-winning cheese factory, and St Duke’s Distillery.
The farm-to-plate tour, which forms part of the Lost and Found Festival 2024, includes a walkthrough of the Halls Family Dairy, to view Australia’s only herd of purebred Normandie cows and see the diary in action. A cheese and gin pairing at Harvey Cheese & St Duke’s Distillery follows, where you can sample the award-winning products and see what all the fuss is about.
