Halls Family Dairy

A Western Australian Good Food Guide Producer of the Year, Halls Family Dairy is a small, family-run business in Wokalup.

The family has proudly been dairy farming since the 1890s and today produces premium-quality milk and a single-origin premium artisan cheese—the ‘Halls Suzette’—from the only purebred herd of French Normande cows in Australia.

The Suzette is a soft, creamy, and rich Pont l’Évêque-style cheese coveted by foodies, leading chefs and dairy lovers alike.

More recently, Halls released their Fifi Camembert, a French-style Normande cow’s milk Camembert.
