Sanctuary Bush Retreat

The Sanctuary Bush Retreat is a 4-bedroom holiday house surrounded by bush, stunning granite rocks, and adjacent to Logue Brook Dam – Lake Brockman.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it! Located on the Darling Scarp with sweeping views of the Logue Brook Valley, the property is teeming with birdlife and kangaroos.

Enjoy relaxing on the deck, looking out at the stunning view of the western coast and its amazing sunsets; walk or bike along the adjacent Munda Biddi Trail; ski or fish on Lake Brockman; or simply rest and unwind.

There is a wood-fired heater for cosy winter months, or a large fire pit outside on the patio to enjoy the evening sunset and the stunning starry nights.

Facilties

• Four bedrooms. Each room has a King-Size Bed, which can be split into two King-Size Twin Beds.
• Quality linen and towels.
• Main bathroom and a small ensuite off the master bedroom.
• Two lounge areas.
• A large, well-equipped kitchen.
• Wood fire heater with firewood provided
• Fire pit
• In the warmer months, cooling is provided by a large split system in the main lounge/kitchen area and by ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
• Outside patio area and breakfast bar
• UV-filtered rainwater.
• Dogs are welcome, and there is a large, well-equipped, fenced, grassed backyard for them.

Considerations

• There is no WIFI or TV  – this is an environment to unplug and unwind.
• Phone reception is reasonable, so if needed, you can use your hotspot to connect.
• This is a county home, and nature does like to share it at times. Please be accepting of insects and the like.
