Ridley Place Foreshore Boat Ramp

The Ridley Place Foreshore Boat Ramp, also known as the Australind Boat Ramp, is located on the Leschenault Estuary within the Ridley Place Foreshore Precinct.

This is Australind’s primary boat ramp. Its two boat ramp jetties are accessible to people with a disability, while the ramp allows multiple boats to be launched at the same time.

It’s the perfect place to launch your boat to explore the Estuary, Collie River or Indian Ocean, or to go fishing and crabbing.

Please follow marine safety guidelines.

Wildlife Considerations

The Leschenault Estuary is part of the Kalgulup Region Park and is a significant wildlife sanctuary.

Three flocks (bevys) of Black Swans live within the Estuary. We encourage boaters and anglers to avoid the very northern section of the Estuary, plus immediately south of the Australind Jetty where swans breed.

The Estuary is also home to a pod of dolphins.
