Elliott’s Timbermill Historic Site 1939

In 1939, J.T. Elliott started a timber mill at the northern corner of Uduc Road and South Western Highway.

The mill cut building timber and fruit case material for the local orange growers to make the fruit boxes.

It closed circa 1958.
