To the east, the Darling Scarp calls to adventurers with its ruggedly beautiful jarrah forest, natural waterways, and spectacular views. Water-lovers are drawn west to experience the region’s 42 kilometres of virtually untouched coastline. And foodies feel at home, strolling through vineyards and devouring gourmet delights.

The Harvey Region is located within Bunbury Georgaphe, only 90 minutes south of Perth.

      The team connect with nearby farmers to bring you the freshest ingredients – from meat and cheese, to locally grown lettuce and veggies. They’re even completing the sustainability cycle by sending food scraps to a local pig farmer, making sure nothing goes to waste.
