Located in Wokalup, behind the Wokalup Hotel, Brugan Brewery and Restaurant spills out into an outdoor beer garden that overlooks the evergreen paddocks of the beautiful Harvey Region.
The Brugan team has been reaching out to all our farmers in the surrounding area to ensure that patrons receive the freshest ingredients. From menu staples including meat and cheese, they have also started stocking locally grown lettuce and vegetables. Completing the sustainability circle, Brugan even sends their food scraps to a local pig farmer, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
