Located in Wokalup behind the Wokalup Hotel, Brugan Brewery and Restaurant flows out to an outdoor beer garden that overlooks ever-green paddocks of the beautiful Harvey Region.
The Brugan team has been reaching out to all of our farmers in the surrounds to ensure that patrons are getting the freshest ingredients. From menu staples including meat and cheese, they have also started stocking locally grown lettuce and vegetables. Completing the sustainability circle, Brugan even sends their food scraps to our local man with pigs, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
