Austins Harvey B&B & Devonia Homestead 1912

Austins Harvey is set within the grounds of the beautiful, historic Devonia Homestead on Harper Street in Harvey, which was established in 1912.

Enjoy sitting and relaxing in the alfresco area, stroll into the nearby Harvey Town shops at your leisure, or take a short drive to visit the surrounding Harvey Region attractions.

Aged Care services from as far away as Busselton and Pingelly (and everywhere in between) regularly bring their clients for lunch or afternoon tea to reminisce in the historic homestead or explore the vintage cars and memorabilia.

They are the specialists when it comes to classic car and motorcycle events and can organise your group’s next morning or afternoon tea, lunch, or dinner function. With plenty of on-site parking for large and small vehicles, Austins Harvey is also perfect for your next group event!

Austins Harvey is also available for weddings, with the ceremony occurring in the beautiful gardens, and the reception in the alfresco area.

History

Devonia Homestead is the original home of Alfred Snell and his family. It was called Devonia as the Snell’s came from the County of Devon.

There was originally a tennis court in front of the house, as tennis was an extremely popular pastime. A verandah was added at a later date.
