We’re inviting you to join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the rich Italian roots of the Brunswick and Harvey communities. Hosted as part of the Harvey Region Heritage Festival, this exclusive ticketed event includes a mozzarella-making demonstration (and participation!) and delicious woodfired pizza courtesy of St Aidan Wines.

Guests will also be able to take home freshly made authentic buffalo mozzarella to enjoy later.

With a special guest of honour, Sergio Federico Nicolaci, Consul of Italy, this is a true celebration of all things Italian culture and Harvey Region heritage!
