Time to Chill Holiday House will have you wound down in no time with its peaceful, private location on top of a hill in the old part of Binningup, just a short 500 metres walk to the beach.

The property has been lovingly renovated and includes everything you need for a beach holiday.

There is plenty of parking space and multiple outdoor areas to entertain or just sit and relax and enjoy the serenity of Binningup.

Facilities

• Three bedrooms: two Queen bedrooms and the third room with two x Trio bunk (single & double bed) beds. The house comfortably fits 8 to 10 people.
• One large bathroom with a bath, a shower and a toilet, and a second toilet.
• High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for work/pleasure.
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, Italian drip coffee maker, oven, and 3-burner induction cooktop.
• Outside is a Baby Q Weber BBQ & fire pit (seasonally allowed – please refer to council guidelines and bring your own firewood. Firewood can be purchased in bags locally at Caltex Myalup, Binningup General Store & Bunnings Australind.)
• The house is stocked with all your bare holiday essentials and starter supplies. You may need to top up supplies throughout your stay if your stay is longer or your group is larger.
