Rise of Peace Mural

Swiss artist Angelina Gadient created this vibrant mural which adds colour to Harvey’s Main Street. 

Angelina follows the sun, leaving little splashes of colour on the way.  Her artwork adorns walls from Costa Rica to Switzerland.

Completed in two sections, the left of the artwork reflects themes of inclusion and community beneath a Harvey Dam sunset. The right highlights the natural environment, drawing on the Noongar name Korjekup — meaning “The Place of the Red-Tailed Cockatoo.”
