Ngalang Wongi Aboriginal Cultural Tours

Ngalang Wongi Aboriginal Cultural Tours welcome all to come and experience this special place just 90 minutes from Perth. Kaya means ‘welcome’ in the Noongar dialect.

Owner, Troy Bennell takes visitors on a journey that reveals a very different side of Australind, Bunbury and throughout Wardandi Country. Troy is a natural storyteller and his passion for the Region is woven into Dreaming stories and whimsical yarns about the traditional way of life he experienced growing up in this captivating location.

The area’s original inhabitants, the Noongar, lived and hunted the shores and hills long before the European settlement. With abundant fresh water, wildlife, and rich in bush foods and food from the river and ocean, the region sustained several skin groups.

Book a walking or culture tour through the Wardandi Nature Reserve, along the Leschenault Estuary and Collie River, or further afield.
