Harvey Community Radio (HCR) is Harvey’s very own local Community Radio station.
HCR 96.5fm is predominantly a volunteer station and is ‘on air’ 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From sultry sounds and sports updates to community interviews, HCR 96.5fm offers a wide, fun and exciting program.

Building History
The undertaking of the Harvey Irrigation Scheme was overseen from this building by the Public Works Department in 1941.
The building was designed by architects from the Public Works Department and built by contractor R. Palmer for £1520. The original design provided for a large public office, entrance hall, porch, drawing office, a room for the district officer and one for a water inspector.
In later life, it was known as the Water Corporation offices.
Since 2023, it has housed the Harvey Community Radio.
