• The house is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom modern Australian home.
• Guest area consists of one bedroom with a QS bed with AC and fan, an open hallway with a small breakfast area, tea/ coffee facilities and a small fridge.
• Full bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate, large vanity and a separate toilet.
• Guests are invited to share the family lounge, dining, kitchen and outdoor areas, if they like. They are also able to use the kitchen, the laundry (washing machine and dryer), and the outdoor clothesline.
• The property has a lawn area, a veggie patch and a native bush garden at the rear, and guests are welcome to sit and relax there or have a BBQ on the patio.
• Parking is off-street in the paved driveway.
• Guest access is via the main front entrance or the sliding door on the side of the property (e.g., if returning to the room late at night).
