Located along Weir Road, immediately east of Fleay Road in Harvey, Billy Goat Hill is set within the beautiful Darling Ranges. It provides a stunning view of the Harvey hinterland and Harvey Dam to the east.

In the 1960s and 70s, the Hill was the place for local children to get enormous speed on their bikes as they rode to Gibbs Pool for a swim.
