Visitors are encouraged to discover the stories, landmarks and local characters that helped shape the charming country town of Brunswick on the new Brunswick heritage walk and drive trails launched today.
From the historic railway precinct and heritage churches to the iconic Brunswick River and community landmarks, the Brunswick Heritage Walk Trail is an easy, self-guided journey through the heart of town.
The Brunswick Heritage Drive Trail encourages visitors to meander through the Brunswick hinterland to drive past some of the oldest farms and places in Western Australia.
The Shire’s Economic Development (Destination Harvey Region) Business Unit would like to acknowledge the assistance of Harvey History Online and several Brunswick residents in developing the trails.
Visitors can download the trail map or pick up a new Brunswick Heritage Trails brochure from the Shire of Harvey and other outlets, and start exploring.
In the coming month, the trails will be featured within social media campaigns, newsletters, tourism industry websites, and the upcoming Harvey Region Heritage Festival 2026.
