Harvey Cattle Yards Historic Site

At the corner of South Western Highway and Weir Road once stood Harvey’s Elder Smith and Goldsborough Mort Pty Ltd Cattle Yards.

These yards were dismantled in the mid-1960s after new yards were constructed at Warrawarrup.

By 1962, the Harvey District High School was established on this site and received its first intake of students.
