Scrappy Travelling – Junk Journal Making

June 22 @ 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
$90
Hosted within the welcoming and historic Henton Cottage in Australind, this vibrant art workshop invites young creatives aged 10 to 17 to step into the world of abstract painting.
Guided by a neurodivergent artist, the session fosters an inclusive and supportive space that celebrates individuality and encourages self-expression.
Over two dynamic hours, participants will explore bold colours, expressive brushwork, and creative techniques using a variety of paints, textures, and tools. Each young artist will have their own standing easel, a full-size canvas, and all materials needed to bring their unique vision to life.
Designed to inspire confidence and spark curiosity, this hands-on experience is ideal for teens eager to try something new, develop their artistic voice, or simply enjoy the freedom of painting in a relaxed, music-filled setting.
No prior experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get a little messy.
