Just a short drive to the coastal town of Myalup, this spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday house offers something for everyone, starting with a theatre room featuring DVDs, a comfy lounge, and a Nintendo Wii.

Down the hall are three Queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a workstation, a large bathroom with double shower and freestanding bath, plus two powder rooms and a laundry.

At the heart of the home is a stunning open-plan entertaining area with a pool table, handcrafted timber dining table, and gourmet kitchen with dual ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and a wide range of appliances. Retractable glass doors open onto a large deck with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and lake views.

The master suite includes a Queen bed, an ensuite, a walk-in robe, and direct access to the deck.

Outside, enjoy lakeside bench seating, a fire pit (seasonal) or take the two kayaks for a paddle in the nearby lake. This home is ideal for relaxing, entertaining, and making unforgettable memories.
