It is located just to the north side of Binningup, and is only a very short walk down one of the many beach access tracks along Binningup Beach or the Binningup Beach Foreshore area.

On a balmy summer night, head out back for some outdoor dining with a BBQ/Weber Q to cook up a feast, dine alfresco, and soak up the serenity.

Considerations

• Guest access – all access except the caravan on the driveway, one locked cupboard in the first bedroom and the garden shed out the back, which is for owners’ use only.
