Leschenault Volunteer Fire Brigade

Established in 1982, the Leschenault Volunteer Fire Brigade has been serving the local community for 40 years.

It provides fire prevention and emergency fire response capabilities throughout the Harvey Region and is frequently called upon to attend bushfire incidents in surrounding Local Government Areas.

The Brigade responds to around 80 fire-related incidents annually. These fires are generally bush, scrub, grass, vehicle, and structural fires.

In addition, the Brigade regularly deploys firefighters and appliances to major busfire incidents across Western Australia.
