A Western Australian Good Food Guide Producer of the Year, Halls Family Dairy is a small, family-run business in Wokalup.

The family has been proudly dairy farming since the 1890s and today produces premium quality milk and a single origin premium artisan cheese – the ‘Halls Suzette’ from the only purebred herd of French Normande cows in Australia.

The Suzette is a soft, creamy, and rich Pont l’Évêque-style cheese coveted by foodies, leading chefs and dairy lovers alike.
