The WorkFoundations grant program, opening on 14 January 2025, offers an exciting opportunity for businesses and social enterprises in the Harvey region to make a real difference in local employment.
The grant will support partnerships that deliver paid job placements alongside tailored wrap-around services, helping job seekers in our community gain the skills and support they need to enter or re-enter the workforce.
This initiative is particularly focused on connecting people with barriers to employment—such as limited experience, long-term unemployment, or other challenges—to meaningful job opportunities. By building partnerships with employers across Australia, including those in the Harvey region, this program aims to create sustainable pathways to employment while strengthening our local economy.
The open-competitive grant round closes on 11 February 2025, with funded projects commencing from 1 July 2025.
