The family has been proudly dairy farming since the 1890s. Today they produce premium quality milk and a single-origin premium artisan cheese, the ‘Halls Suzette’, from the only purebred herd of French Normande cows in Australia.
The Halls Suzette is now available for purchase from Harvey Cheese, a partnership of two families both committed to strengthening their local community.
The Suzette is a soft, creamy and rich Pont l’Évêque-style cheese coveted by foodies, leading chefs and dairy lovers alike.
