Brunswick has achieved a massive 34 per cent median house sale price growth for the last 12 months, outstripping the South West with 13.7% one year growth rate, according to the latest REIWA data.
Australind also achieved growth in rental returns with 12.9% annual growth, compared to 8.7% for Bunbury, and -8.3% for Busselton.
With a median sales price of $390K, investors are recognising the affordability of Brunswick compared to surrounding areas. Brunswick is also strategically located only minutes from Australind and a 15- 20 minutes drive from Bunbury.
Other areas in the Harvey Region (Shire of Harvey LGA) also experienced massive growth, including:
- Binningup – 26.9% (Median House Price $517K)
- Australind – 19.6% (Median House Price $550K)
- Harvey – 17.3% (Median House Price $375K)
