Most days, Weedies at Binningup Beach is the place to go if you are a novice surfer or chase small waves. But when the surf is up, the surf is up!
Weedies, Binningup Beach
Binningup Beach offers some great little waves for the novice surfer. When the swell is Northwest or Westly, surfers should head to the colloquial known Weedies.
From the boat ramp, looking north-west, if breaking, the reef-break wave will be approximately 150 metres from the coast. Access is also available at the end of West Coast Drive.
There are several lookout points along Binningup Beach, including Valentine’s and West Coast Drive. Afterwards, head to the Binningup General Store for a stomach warming Binno Store Big Breaky or a bacon and egg burger.
