Ridley Place Foreshore Hospitality Site Opportunity

Ridley Place Foreshore Hospitality Site Opportunity

The Shire of Harvey is seeking initial interest in the development of a new waterfront cafe/restaurant at Ridley Place Foreshore, Australind.

This is an exciting and exclusive opportunity for a highly experienced developer or hospitality operator to develop or operate under a long-term lease agreement.

The Shire is presently exploring the feasibility of two approaches:

  1. Engaging a developer to build and operator (or sub-lease) the venue, or
  2. The Shire constructing the venue and leasing it to an operator.

The site is located on Old Coast Road, adjacent to the Karragarup Play Space.

Overlooking the Lechenault Estuary, this flagship site offers 180 degree water views.

Note: The development site located to the left-hand side of the existing car park.
