Tourism WA, in partnership with ECU Business Executive Education, has launched a fully subsidised Future Leaders Program for the South West.
Designed for people in tourism and hospitality stepping into management or leadership roles, the program provides practical training in decision-making, communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, KPI setting, and team building.
The regional cohort will run over four intensive workshop days across late October and early November 2025. Participants will have the chance to learn from experienced facilitators, connect with peers, and strengthen their ability to lead within the growing tourism and hospitality sector.
Eligibility includes being 18 or over, living in WA, and working full-time in the industry, with employer endorsement required (two nominations per organisation max). A Regional Attendance Bursary of up to $500 is available to support travel and accommodation costs for those based outside the host location.
