The new facility features a tunnel pasteuriser and an off-grid solar panel and battery system, representing five years of planning and construction. The brewery aims to offer more affordable beer, potentially 15 to 20 per cent cheaper than competitors, with plans to distribute to liquor stores and pubs later this year.

The facility’s tunnel pasteuriser, a unique piece of equipment in Western Australia’s craft beer industry, will allow warm beer storage due to additional can treatment. Construction on a new $13 million brewery is also scheduled to start this year. The brewery plans to showcase designs inspired by the local natural landscape on its cans. Depending on the success of initial canning runs, it anticipates having its product on shelves in about three months.

This development highlights the thriving business potential within the Harvey Region, showcasing how local enterprises are making significant strides and contributing positively to the area’s economic growth.
